THE CHALLENGE
Each site had a different roof condition, demand curve and lease horizon. Treating them independently would have fragmented procurement and made performance difficult to compare.
THE APPROACH
We created a common technical and commercial framework, then prioritised each asset by usable roof area, self-consumption potential and delivery risk. The programme could be contracted together while preserving site-specific engineering.
